Job Purpose

The Expert Multichannel Specialist Pharmacy is responsible for the implementation and development of digital and multichannel activities targeting the Pharmacy audience.

As part of the Expert Pharmacy Team, this role supports the execution of the digital strategy by ensuring the effective implementation of content, engagement tools, and educational initiatives, contributing to the growth of the professional pharmacy community and the achievement of business objectives.

The role also provides operational support to the Expert VMS Pharmacy area, collaborating on the implementation of initiatives dedicated to pharmacy professionals.

Reporting to the Expert Pharmacy Manager, this position works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Commercial Excellence, Medical, Regulatory and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Multichannel Engagement

• Support the development and implementation of the Expert Pharmacy digital strategy.
• Coordinate and execute multichannel engagement activities to increase participation and interaction among pharmacists.
• Support the evolution of the Haleon HealthPartner platform and educational initiatives aimed at pharmacy professionals.
• Manage the implementation of webinars, e-learning programs, and other digital initiatives, ensuring an effective engagement plan throughout the year.
• Coordinate operational activities related to the distribution of materials and samples requested through the portal.

Project Management

• Manage digital and multichannel projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of planned activities.
• Coordinate agencies and vendors involved in the development of digital projects and activation programs.

Data & Performance Management

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics related to digital and multichannel activities.
• Prepare regular reports and analyze data to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
• Support CRM management activities, contributing to improved customer understanding and engagement effectiveness.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across Pharmacy-related activities and platforms.

Support to Expert VMS Pharmacy

• Provide operational support in the implementation of Expert VMS initiatives within the Pharmacy channel.
• Collaborate in the management and coordination of digital and educational initiatives dedicated to the VMS area.
• Support the creation, deployment, and distribution of content and materials for pharmacy professionals.

• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, multichannel engagement, or project management roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex activities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience in KPI monitoring, CRM management, and performance data analysis.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

EUR 41.664,00 - EUR 57.288,00 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
