About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior partner with regional and global responsibilities at PwC. This role goes beyond traditional admin work – you will independently manage projects, communicate authentically with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and act as the right hand to a senior leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead selected projects from planning to delivery, coordinating across region and global teams

• Manage the partner’s inbox, calendar, and complex travel arrangements across time zones

• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and their Executive Assistants in English and Czech

• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and summaries to support decision-making

• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and adapt communication style as needed

• Organize and maintain digital tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams

Requirements of the role

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Czech

• Ability to build trust and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with MS Office and collaboration platforms
