Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Create detailed event proposals, including budgets and timelines.
• Oversee event logistics, such as guest registrations, seating arrangements, and transportation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors before, during, and after events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and trends.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Protel PMS will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
