The ERP System Administrator manages and optimizes ERP system operations, supports data integrity and workflows, performs system testing and troubleshooting, and ensures secure and effective system use.The ERP Administrator
- Manages and optimizes the system, ensuring accuracy in employee data and HR workflows.
- Handles escalated tickets, release and integration testing and administration.
- Facilitates user adoption and improved user satisfaction.
- Monitors business processes and makes enhancements as necessary
- Ensures security and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Maintains data and system structures.
- Troubleshoots system-related issues and provides training.
- Ensures compliance with functional area policies and healthcare standards.
- Participates in system upgrades and testing.
What We Require:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of functional ERP administration or system support experience.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: none.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and escalate issues appropriately. Proficiency in data management, reporting, and functional system troubleshooting.

Compensation Range:
$76,689.60 - $115,044.80Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
