Job Description Summary
This position analyzes and corrects electrical problems and repairs and overhauls electrical equipment and controls with supervision dependent on location’s skills matrix. The position efficiently responds to line calls and conduct preventative maintenance on a regular basis.
Job Description
Installs electrical systems and components.
Inspects and maintains existing electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
Diagnoses and repairs electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Performs Preventative Maintenance electrical testing and adjustments and documents work through SAP.
Updates CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) with status and details of work order
results daily.
Performs non-routine maintenance jobs as assigned.
Maintains organized workspaces, tools, support 5S, and documentation.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing. Ability to understand instructions and follow directions in English, both written and oral.
Must be able to be qualified within time frames established by facility.
Ability to perform basic math functions, required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer operation knowledge, data entry skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
