Responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with distributors to maximize sales growth, market penetration, and profitability. Leads distributor performance management, commercial negotiations, business planning, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Ensures achievement of revenue targets, effective inventory management, and alignment between distributors and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute distributor business plans to achieve sales and market share targets.
• Manage commercial agreements, pricing, rebates, and promotional programs.
• Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement channel development strategies.
• Lead negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key distributor stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and commercial processes.

Requirements:

• University degree – degree in agriculture is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles in the agriculture sector.
• Business proficiency in English both written and verbal. Native Polish
• Open minded, ready to catch good opportunities spotted in any platform and adaptable to changing market condition.
• Hard working individual with focus on results.
• Excellent communication, able to establish relationships and build strong network within the industry and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders, with strong persuasive skills to effectively sell ideas and strategies.
• High amount of travel around the country visiting different stakeholders.
