As our Director of F&B, you’ll take charge of an exciting portfolio of outlets, from a destination restaurant and bar to cafés, an all-day eatery, and large event spaces. Your mission: drive creativity, innovation, and flawless execution. You’ll lead and inspire your team, working closely with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Managers, shaping menus, guest experiences, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do 

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the F&B management team, creating a collaborative and high-performing culture 
• Oversee all F&B outlets, creating seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences 
• Develop and execute bold F&B strategies that drive revenue and enhance our brand 
• Collaborate on menu development, emphasizing creativity, local ingredients, and sustainability 
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement efficient, cost-effective solutions 
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and sustainability initiatives to innovate offerings 
• Partner with marketing to design campaigns that showcase our unique F&B experiences 
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets 

What You’ll Have 

• You bring proven leadership managing large F&B teams across multiple outlets  
• You have 2+ years in a senior F&B management or director role, with experience in independent, chain, or destination venues 
• You bring strategic thinking, creativity, and tactical insight to drive operational excellence 
• You have financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control 
• You bring emotional intelligence, coaching skills, and the ability to inspire your team 
• You are fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus 
• You have a passion for hospitality, innovation, and creating memorable guest experiences
