Responsibilities:

• Implement end-to-end social media operation and paid social ads, including WeChat, Channels, Bilibili and Red Note, maintain brand tone consistency and handle community comment interaction.
• Refine social media content, design creative formats and visuals, and make technical content better suited for social media dissemination.
• Design and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and traffic.
• Collaborate with global team to deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud in China
• Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SCRM system to understand customers and design personalized contents to increase intimacy and generate leads.
• Cooperate with campaign and product teams to support integrated marketing activities with matching digital assets, consolidate cross-channel performance data, summarize insights and propose actionable optimizations.
• Regularly measure and report applicable metrics and key performance indicators to give iterative suggestions
• Monitor and track spending to meet annual budget plan, drive vendor evaluation to optimize budget spend.
• Research social media trends, explore new platforms/tools, and stay current with the latest best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years extensive professional experience in digital marketing
• Experience in a comparable role within an industrial and international environment; business understanding in Life Sciences/Pharma industry is preferred
• Strong AI content generation skills and copy writing skills
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SCRM system
• Data-driven with a process-oriented mindset and skilled in problem-solving
• Strong at multi-tasking and aggressive timeline.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
