The role involves developing and overseeing digital content across multiple platforms — including social media, websites, and digital campaigns — ensuring that all outputs align with Destsetters’ premium communication standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative direction with operational consistency, handling both content creation and digital platform management with precision.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content Creation:
  Develop engaging and high-quality content (visuals, copy, video snippets) across all social media channels, maintaining brand consistency and strategic tone.
• Website & Platform Content Management:
  Update, edit, and supervise website content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and optimization for performance and user experience.
• Video Editing & Supervision:
  Edit short-form videos for campaigns, reels, and digital platforms while supervising outsourced editing work to ensure quality and alignment with concept standards.
• Online Marketing Support:
  Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (email, social ads, Google campaigns), coordinating with internal and external teams for proper implementation.
• Content Alignment & Consistency:
  Ensure that all digital materials — from social posts to landing pages — follow Destsetters’ certified branding methodology, maintaining both creative excellence and operational discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media or Marketing.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong skills in copywriting and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
• Experience in video editing (Capcut, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Understanding of website platforms (WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS).
• Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and delivery under structured timelines.
• Familiarity with hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle industries will be considered an asset.
