The purpose of the Developing Client Support Administrator role is to provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support to Titan Wealth Planning’s desk‑based Financial Planners and wider Client Services Administration team.
This is an entry‑level position designed to act as a central administrative hub within the team, supporting day‑to‑day operations, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a first point of contact for clients. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth service delivery, efficient workflows, and a positive client experience.
The position offers clear long‑term development opportunities into more senior Financial Planning / IFA Administration roles as skills and experience grow.
To provide support as required to financial advisers or consultants to enable the provision of financial or product advice to clients, as set out within the FCA’s rules and company procedures.
Responsibilities
Client & Administrative Support
Act as a first point of contact for incoming client calls and emails, ensuring queries are handled professionally and efficiently
Support the booking of client meetings and manage adviser diaries
Assist with client onboarding and general client administration
Provider & Platform Administration
Send Letters of Authority (LOAs) and chase providers for required information
Liaise with providers and platforms to progress outstanding requests
Support the wider team with provider and platform‑related administration
Data & Systems Management
Input and maintain accurate client, policy and case data across internal systems
Ensure records are kept up to date in line with internal procedures
Use back‑office and platform systems effectively (training provided)
Team Support
Provide overflow and ad‑hoc support to the wider administration team as required
Contribute to the efficient running of the Client Services function
Support team priorities through flexibility and a collaborative approach
About you
Essential
- Some experience in an office‑based or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- A client‑focused, service‑driven approach
- Willingness to learn and develop within financial planning
Desirable
- Experience within financial services, wealth management, or a regulated environment
- Exposure to client administration, customer service, or provider / platform interaction
- Familiarity with office systems or back‑office administration tools
TCF/RCR
To highlight to your line manager procedures & processes that do not adhere to the principles of TCF/RCR and to put forward suggestions that improve the TCF/RCR practices within the department.
Essential Qualifications
- Good standard of education
- Maths and English GCSE, grade 5 or above, or equivalent

Full Time- permanent role
35 hours a week
9am to 5pm (1-hour lunch)
