As a Data Integrity Lead - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding client engagements within our Business Application Consulting group, specifically focusing on Maximo Consulting. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop solutions that enhance client operations. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network, you will be instrumental in driving Field Service & Operations Modernisation initiatives, utilizing your knowledge to deliver impactful results.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. You will mentor Associates and junior team members, fostering their growth and development. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and using critical thinking to break down complex concepts, all while maintaining professional and technical standards.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of integrating Functional & Industry Technologies to optimize business processes. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of client support services, providing innovative solutions that align with the evolving business landscape.

Responsibilities

Hands-on development experience with Esri ArcGIS Utility Network and ArcGIS Enterprise — feature services,

versioning, and REST-based integration patterns.

▸ Practical experience building integrations between GIS platforms and downstream utility systems (CIS, OMS,

ADMS).

▸ Strong Python and SQL skills, with ArcPy experience for geodatabase-level scripting and automation.

▸ Working knowledge of FME for building, running, and troubleshooting ETL and integration workflows.

▸ Bonus: any exposure to applying AI/ML techniques to data quality or automation problems

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Work on one of the more technically ambitious Esri Utility Network programmes in the industry, at a point where

the toolset is still being defined.

▸ Bring AI and automation into a discipline that has traditionally been manual — your instincts on where it fits will

genuinely shape the approach.

▸ Grow from deep technical building into broader technical leadership, with real influence over how the wider

programme thinks about data trust.

▸ Work across the full stack of a modern Esri implementation rather than one narrow slice of it — data, integration,

and increasingly, automation.

What Sets You Apart

▸ Strong development instincts — you'd rather build the check yourself than hand off a spec for someone else to

build it.

▸ Comfort across the modern Esri stack (ArcGIS Utility Network, ArcGIS Enterprise), with enough Python, SQL, and

FME to turn an idea into a working tool.

▸ Curiosity about applying AI and automation to data quality problems — a formal ML background is a bonus, not a

requirement.

▸ Prior exposure to the electrical utility domain is a real plus, but not required — if it's new to you, we'll help you get

up to speed.

▸ The acumen to connect a real-world electrical network problem — a bad connectivity trace, a mismodeled asset, a

fault that's hard to locate — to how it should actually be solved in GIS and AI-driven tooling.

▸ A collaborative attitude and professional maturity; this role sits close to several other teams and depends on open,
