As a Data Developer Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing advice and guidance to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations. You will assist businesses in navigating the complex landscape of privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Within our Cybersecurity & Privacy practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will assist in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, asking questions and using these moments as opportunities to grow. Your work will contribute to the firm's overall business strategies, helping clients manage data risk effectively.
Responsibilities
- Providing strategic guidance on privacy laws and data protection regulations to clients
- Developing and implementing privacy policies and data protection measures to safeguard personal information
- Conducting privacy impact assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Navigating complex privacy and data protection requirements to confirm compliance with applicable laws
- Building meaningful client connections and managing client relationships effectively
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct
- Collaborating with teams to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and its changes
- Leveraging cybersecurity and privacy skills to address data breach and information security challenges
- Engaging in regulatory compliance consulting to support clients in minimizing legal risks
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
