Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection: Gather data on facility operations including maintenance, utilities, occupancy, and vendor performance.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership review.
• Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in energy usage, maintenance costs, and space utilization.
• Dashboard Creation: Develop visual dashboards using BI tools for real-time monitoring.
• Compliance Tracking: Ensure facility data aligns with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Performance: Track SLA adherence and escalate deviations.
• Process Improvement: Recommend efficiency improvements based on data insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with facility managers, operations teams, and finance for aligned reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
• Ability to handle large datasets and ensure accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of facility operations and compliance standards.
