Turn Your Passion for Dance Into a Career
Do you love to dance and wish you could make it part of your professional life?

You’ll teach and inspire others, perform in showcases, participate in competitions, work with top-level coaches, travel to exciting events, and become part of the professional ballroom dance world.
Fred Astaire Dance Studios – Bonita Springs is looking for the right person to join our professional team — and ballroom experience is NOT required.
Whether you already have years of dance experience or come from another dance or performance background, we provide professional training in the Fred Astaire dance system and teach you how to become a successful ballroom dance instructor.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about dance, enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and wants more than just another job. This is an opportunity to develop a real career in dance.
As a Professional Dance Instructor, you will teach private and group lessons and help students achieve goals ranging from becoming confident social dancers to preparing for showcases and competitions. You will work closely with students from many different backgrounds and have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives through dance.
At the same time, your own development never stops. You will receive ongoing dance and professional training, work with accomplished coaches, participate in performances and competitions, and continue developing your skills throughout your career.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Bonita Springs, Florida studio. Our regular schedule is Monday through Friday, with participation in studio activities, performances, competitions and other special events, some of which take place during evenings and weekends.
