Senior Finance Leader – Strategic & Business Transformation Role

What You’ll Do

Lead, influence, and drive results

• Lead and contribute expert guidance to functional and cross‑functional project teams, driving initiatives that matter.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, influencing strategic decisions across a broad scope.
• Perform complex to highly complex financial analysis, translating data into clear insights and actionable outcomes.
• Forecast financial results, anticipate risks and opportunities, and help shape forward‑looking business strategies.
• Represent the business unit in cross‑regional and cross‑functional planning forums, ensuring financial rigor and alignment.
• Represent the organization professionally with external customers and clients when needed.

Transform how finance operates

• Define, guide, and implement process improvements and financial policies that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead and drive business and finance transformation initiatives, including automation and modernization.

Build talent and strong partnerships

• Lead and oversee analysts across multiple finance sub‑functions.
• Develop strong internal and external relationships that enable collaboration and execution.

What You Bring

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, such as financial management, accounting, internal audit, or similar roles.
• Experience working with complex businesses, multiple stakeholders, and ambiguity.

Technical & Business Expertise

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and modeling
• Deep understanding of GAAP, financial statements, internal controls, and P&L management
• Experience with SAP applications, KPIs.
