About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing an excellent experience to caregivers using the platform. You will serve as a key point of contact, helping users navigate the platform, resolve issues, and successfully connect with available work opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to U.S.-based caregivers through phone, chat, and other established communication channels.
• Recruit and engage U.S.-based caregivers to join and actively use the platform.
• Encourage caregivers to review and apply for available shifts.
• Answer questions and resolve issues related to the platform, shifts, accounts, and general user experience.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and resolutions.
• Follow up proactively on inquiries or issues that require additional information or action until they are fully resolved.
• Identify and report technical, access, or platform-related issues to the appropriate team.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for caregivers throughout their use of the platform.

Requirements

• Mastery of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required 
• Ability to problem solve if not given much direction 
• One or two years of increasingly responsible clerical/customer service experience 
• Some limited US based travel may be required 
• Just in case it is necessary, you must have the ability to take some calls from home or remote locations at non-traditional work hours 
• Full availability is required, work schedules are based on client and business need.
