As a Customer Support Advisor for the Spanish market, you’ll be on the front lines supporting our B2B partners across chat, phone, and email. You are a true problem-solver who tailors communication to deliver a responsive, efficient, and seamless experience. What You’ll Do:

• Provide Swift Support: Manage incoming customer inquiries via multi-channel support, meeting SLA targets so no customer is left behind.
• Problem-Solve & Personalize: Diagnose customer challenges quickly and deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Document all customer interactions seamlessly within our CRM (Salesforce).
• Be the Voice of the Customer: Follow up on ongoing inquiries and escalate product issues or feature requests to help improve our overall platform.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience: Background in customer support, customer service, or a client-facing role.
• Mindset: Strong customer-first attitude, high accountability, proactive initiative, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Organization: Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume queues efficiently.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer support tooling and metrics (e.g., Salesforce, Zowie).
• Languages: Native/fluent Spanish and conversational English (English is our internal global language, used for all company-wide updates and collaboration).
