Summary:
The Order Support Specialist is responsible for supporting Cargo Solutions customers through the ordering process by processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, communicating order status back to the customer and managing customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include accurately processing incoming orders, approving orders created by other team members or customers, maintaining master data and documentation related to the orders process, resolving order related issues, supporting customers ordering via the Cargo Orders website, and communicating order status back to the customer in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and must be detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate data entry of customer orders.
- Sending Order Acknowledgments
- Answering questions related to the Ordering process.
- Creating Quotes for customers.
- Following up with customers and other employees to ensure order is shipped and invoiced in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure customer’s needs are addressed.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use a computer system to process orders quickly and accurately
- Time management
- Detail-Oriented
- NetSuite experience a plus
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
