Customer Service Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service operations, administrative support, data management, and continuous improvement activities within a professional aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day customer service and administrative activities
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer service records and database
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and maintenance of relevant record
• Support the team in preparing reports, trackers, and other documentation
• Assist in coordinating customer-related requests and follow-up activities
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance customer service processes and operational efficiency
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and workflow
• Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service team
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach
• Previous internship or customer service experience is an added advantage
