Are you organised, quick to learn and good at getting things done?

We’re looking for a switched-on Customer Service & Administration Officer who enjoys working at pace, helping customers and keeping lots of moving parts organised.

This isn’t a typical general administration role. You’ll manage customer enquiries and orders from start to finish, preparing quotes, sourcing products, liaising with suppliers, coordinating deliveries and making sure everything is accurately recorded in our systems.

You don’t need experience in mining, industrial supply or procurement. We’ll teach you our products, systems and processes. What we’re looking for is someone who learns quickly, has a strong work ethic, takes pride in getting the details right and genuinely enjoys being productive.

About Beaver Global

Beaver Global is a single-source procurement business specialising in supplying remote overseas mine sites from Australia.

Our customers rely on us to source and procure the spare parts, equipment and consumables they need to keep their operations running. That means the work is varied, one enquiry might be straightforward, while the next could involve tracking down a specialised product from a new supplier.

The business has been operating for more than 30 years and is part of the larger Beaver Group. We’re based in Perth and supply customers around the world.

The Role

You’ll be part of a small, experienced and supportive team, managing customer requirements from their first enquiry through to delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

📬 Handling inbound customer enquiries promptly and professionally

📑 Preparing quotes and processing orders accurately from receipt through to completion

📦 Sourcing products from Australian and international suppliers, comparing supplier pricing, specifications and lead times.

🚚 Liaising with suppliers to keep orders progressing, coordinating deliveries, expediting and documentation

⚙️ Working closely with our warehouse and other internal teams

🔄 Accurately entering and maintaining customer, supplier and order information in our systems

You’ll often have multiple quotes and orders underway at once, so being organised, accurate and comfortable working at a fast pace is important.

About You

We’re more interested in your capability and attitude than the industry you’ve worked in.

You may currently work in administration, customer service, sales support, order processing, logistics, purchasing or another busy office environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

Once trained, you’ll be trusted to manage your responsibilities confidently and work without constant supervision.
