Job title: Customer Order Services Generalist

About the Opportunity: Do you speak Spanish and Portuguese and enjoy supporting customers in a dynamic international environment? Ascensia Diabetes Care is looking for a Customer Order Services Generalist to join the team.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end order-to-cash process, serving as a key contact for customers and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Data Management teams to resolve order-related issues, support invoicing and returns, and deliver an excellent customer experience that contributes directly to customer satisfaction and business success.

Location: Warsaw – hybrid – 2 days per week on-site presence required.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

What you will do:

• Handle daily tasks related to local order-to-cash processes from order entry and data capturing to order monitoring and tracking. Answer order-related questions in a timely manner.

• Interface externally with local customers in the market in Spanish and Portugese language, on the phone or via email.

• Ensure proactive collaboration internally with Sales Managers, Accounting, Data Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management departments.

• Support handling of customer complaints related to commercial orders.

• Support invoicing processes and handling of returns as well as commercial disputes.

• Work closely with Finance to help resolve any order-related burning issues.

What you need for success:

• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.

• Communicative level of English is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel is required.

• Previous experience in customer service, order management, or order-to-cash processes would be an advantage.

• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering excellent service.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.

Total Rewards:

The gross monthly base salary range for this position is 7 000 PLN – 9 200 PLN. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 8% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
