Responsibilities:

• Serves as a primary liaison by triaging inquiries through centralized intake and coordinating end-to-end responses.

• Coordinates resolution of client concerns and service requests by tracking actions through completion and closure.

• Performs intake, validation, and data entry for enrollment, licensing, and program documentation to enable accurate processing.

• Maintains operational records and databases by updating participant information and managing controlled documentation attachments.

• Produces routine reports and billing materials and processes receipts and co-pay requests in alignment with defined procedures.

• Supports operational continuity and compliance-sensitive workflows by coordinating scheduled activities, following up on open items, identifying adverse events, and escalating concerns.

Educational Background:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting, operational project coordination, corrective maintenance, or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Communicates clearly and professionally by phone and in writing.

• Provides calm, customer-focused issue resolution to prevent escalations.

• Stays organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask across priorities.

• Uses sound judgment, critical thinking, and creative problem solving.

• Works effectively with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM or database tools.

Salary Ranges:

2135 - 3051 EUR gross monthly
