As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role includes guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position requires ensuring that all software components meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, while aligning closely with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive development environment and drive innovation is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Promote best practices in software development and maintain documentation standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to SAP environments.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques within SAP HANA platforms.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in custom software.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
