Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure specialized applications tailored to project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize team performance and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), SAP Security.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within SAP environments.
- Ability to design and implement governance policies and controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Experience in configuring SAP GRC modules to align with organizational security requirements.
- Skilled in analyzing complex system issues and delivering effective, scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
