Role Overview: Responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of automotive software applications, digital products, and enterprise platforms through manual and automated testing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and create test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze results.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Conduct API testing and backend validation.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.
- Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and release sign-off documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools to design and execute automated test cases.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in automated test scripts and software components.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices to support automated testing.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and version control systems to manage test automation code effectively.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, or automotive testing processes is preferred for vehicle software projects.
