Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, define and drive the overall technical architecture of the Adobe platform (AEP, AJO, AEM, Target, Workfront, Firefly), ensuring consistency across all technical streams. Works in close collaboration with the France-based Lead who manages the BNP client relationship.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design the end-to-end architecture of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
- Design the end-to-end architecture of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
- Validate technical choices proposed by each stream's Tech Lead
- Ensure data governance (XDM schemas, DataStreams, RTCDP)
- Provide technical guidance to offshore development teams across all streams
- Supply the France Lead with technical inputs required for client arbitrations and presentations
- Drive resolution of technical blockers and manage technical debt

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Full command of Adobe Experience Cloud: AEP, AJO, AEM (Sites & Assets), Target, Workfront, Firefly
- AEP architecture: XDM modeling, Real-Time CDP, Identity Graph, Data Governance (DULE)
- Integration patterns: Adobe I/O APIs, Event Forwarding, Web SDK (Alloy), Edge Network
- AEM Cloud Service: OSGi/Sling architecture, Dispatcher, CDN, GraphQL/Headless
- Enterprise integrations: CRM, DMP, DSP connectors, core banking systems
- Security & compliance: OAuth 2.0, IMS, GDPR, PSD2 in a financial services context
- Cloud infrastructure: Azure / AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Technical governance: coding standards, architecture documentation (C4 Model, ArchiMate)
- Adobe Certified Master – Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect (mandatory)
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform (strongly recommended)
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Analytics or equivalent AEP certification (recommended)
- TOGAF 9 or equivalent enterprise architecture certification (appreciated)

Additional Information:
- 12+ years Adobe Experience Cloud experience, proven track record managing offshore teams, strong ability to synthesize technical content for executive reporting.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
