You Have: 

• 4+ years of experience with engineering solutions across technologies, including Radiant Mercury, Secure Operating System Trusted Thin Client, or Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client
• Experience with Radiant Mercury or Everfox technology 
• Experience briefing senior leaders
• Knowledge of systems engineering and information technology
• Ability to develop solutions across software and hardware to solve problems and implement enhancements  
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues that span multiple applications and technologies and require involvement from technical personnel across multiple organizations  
• Ability to develop or revise system designs and architectures to improve efficiency, stability, effectiveness, supportability, and sustainability
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Mathematics, or Physical Science and 3+ years of experience supporting the engineering of information technology systems for a DoD or government agency, or 5+ years of experience supporting the engineering of information technology systems for a DoD or government agency in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have: 

• 6+ years of experience supporting the engineering of C4I systems
• Ability to provide technical leadership within a team of both the government and industry in the planning, investigation, design, and implementation of physical and logical C4I solutions
• Ability to guide subordinates and team members to define, analyze, and provide solutions for afloat network systems
• Ability to guide subordinates and team members on engineering practices in accordance with program processes, policies, and approaches

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
