Engaging Decision-Makers: Speak directly with professionals at fast-growing and enterprise tech companies, understand their challenges, and recommend the right core certifications and different tiered memberships.
Owning Deals End-to-End: Own the pipeline from first contact through to close and handover, taking accountability for outcomes and using feedback and data to improve week by week.
Product Mastery: Develop strong knowledge of our core certifications, different tiered memberships, and broader education ecosystem, enabling confident and relevant cross-selling.
Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with marketing, product, community, and customer success teams, sharing insights and operating with autonomy while knowing when to ask for support.
