Deine Aufgaben

• Begrüßung und Betreuung von Gästen, Besuchern und Kunden
• Bedienung der Telefonzentrale in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Weiterleitung von Anrufen über MS Teams
• Überwachung der Raumbuchungen, Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit in Konferenzräumen und Bereitstellung von Getränken
• Verwaltung der Präsentationstechnik
• Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost sowie Koordination von Kuriersendungen und Paketen
• Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit in Teeküchen und Lobby
• Bestellung von Kaffee, Getränken, Bürobedarf etc.
• Verwaltung des Kundenparkplatzes und E-Bikes
• Verwaltung von Kundenanfragen über Ticketsystem
• Unterstützung bei Health & Safety und Vertretung des Office Managements

Dein Profil

• Berufserfahrung am Empfang oder in Gastronomie/Hotellerie wünschenswert
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und professionelles Auftreten
• Ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Teamfähigkeit
• Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit
