We're looking for passionate and motivated Commis Chefs to join our talented kitchen team on a casual basis and help deliver exceptional dining experiences across our resort's food and beverage outlets.

Working alongside our experienced chefs, you'll prepare and present high-quality meals, maintain exceptional food safety standards, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your culinary career in one of Western Australia's most unique locations.

Your day-to-day impact

• Prepare, cook and present a variety of high-quality dishes across our food outlets.

• Assist with food preparation, mise en place, and daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest quality and consistency.

• Maintain exceptional food hygiene, WHS and kitchen safety standards.

• Complete opening, closing and cleaning duties to keep the kitchen operating efficiently.

• Assist with receiving, storing and rotating food supplies.

• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service.

• Deliver friendly, professional service while responding to guest requests.

What you'll bring to the team

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential).

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or similar hospitality environment.

• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced chefs.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

• A genuine passion for delivering quality food and memorable guest experiences.

• National Police Clearance required.

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and reasonable overtime.
