We’re looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join us at Telia in Vilnius.

I’m Eglė Sonata Padagaitė, B2B Commerce Manager, and I’m searching for an analytical, business-minded coordinator to join our team. We’re a forward-thinking B2B commercial unit focused on driving sales growth by delivering deep account-level analysis and concrete tactical support. In this role, you won't own a product portfolio - instead, you’ll serve as the analytical backbone for our Face-to-Face (medium/large enterprises) and Public customer segments. You’ll dive deep into customer accounts to uncover hidden gaps, identify cross-sell/upsell potential, and develop tactical commercial actions that empower our sales teams and segment managers. What you’ll do:

Focusing on tactical execution and deep customer analytics across the Face-to-Face and Public segments, you will act as the key analytical link supporting sales teams and segment managers.  

• Develop commercial pipeline activities, sales tactics, and next-best-offer initiatives aligned with specific sales segment focus areas.  

• Create targeted customer communications, campaign tools, and analytical frameworks that support sales departments in executing precise commercial actions.  

• Consult and collaborate closely with segment managers and sales leadership, conducting company-level deep-dive analysis across 3,000+ accounts to identify gaps and support strategic decision-making.  

• Monitor segment analytics, campaign execution, and process flows across the organization to ensure sales teams hit their revenue goals.  
   

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are an analytical, articulate professional-ideal for a product specialist, consultant, or business analyst looking to combine structured data analysis with project coordination and stakeholder communication.  

• Proven experience in customer value management (CVM), business analytics, CRM, or a similar customer-facing analytical role within technology or telecom.  

• Strong knowledge of customer segment analysis, data-driven prioritization, and commercial execution, with a track record of identifying sales gaps.  

• Ability to coordinate tactical actions across teams, navigate specific public sector approval chains, and confidently present and "sell" your analytical arguments to sales leadership.  

• Fluency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English. A college or university degree is required.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3000–3700 Eur gross + annual performance bonuses (varies depending on skills and experience).
