The Role

Capco is growing our Cloud & Cyber capability in Qatar, and we’re looking to connect with talented professionals who want to help organisations modernise their technology securely and effectively.

You’ll join a collaborative consulting environment where you can work alongside clients and Capco colleagues to solve complex technology challenges spanning cloud transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture and operational resilience. Whether your expertise lies in cloud engineering, cloud architecture, cyber strategy, security engineering, identity and access management or technology risk, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your experience while continuing to develop your career.

What You’ll Do

• Work with clients to understand their cloud, cybersecurity and technology challenges and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of secure cloud platforms, architectures and cybersecurity capabilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business, security and technology to deliver measurable client outcomes.
• Help clients strengthen security, resilience and risk management while enabling technology transformation.
• Share knowledge, ideas and expertise as we continue to grow Capco’s Cloud & Cyber capability in Qatar.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, technology risk or a related consulting or technology discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years experience.
• Strong understanding of one or more areas such as cloud architecture, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, security architecture, identity and access management, operational resilience or technology risk.
• Experience working with stakeholders to understand complex technology challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients from different disciplines and backgrounds.
• An interest in contributing to a growing practice and supporting the development of our Cloud & Cyber community.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working within consulting or client-facing environments.
• Knowledge of major cloud platforms and modern cloud architecture approaches.
• Experience delivering cloud transformation, cybersecurity or technology resilience initiatives.
• Understanding of cybersecurity governance, regulatory requirements, security controls or technology risk frameworks.
• Experience working within financial services, energy or other regulated industries.
