The client solutions manager advises on campaign planning through to creation and execution as well as endeavour towards reaching our clients marketing goals, making every investment more profitable for the client in order to increase budgets.
What You'll be Doing
Manage and cultivate existing business customer relationships.
Upsell the client budgets before, during and/or after the campaign.
Onboard new strategic business clients from the introduction of features to assistance with campaign creation and optimization.
Contribute to scalable account management operations for accounts.
Provide regular proactive communication between clients and teams, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Use feedback to inform the product and operations teams.
Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, support with the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems.
Serve as a subject matter expert.
Advise, consult and improve organisational effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge.
What You Need For This Role:
Extensive professional experience in online advertising, analytics, and social media advertising
Experience in running performance campaigns on several platforms
Strong consultative approach with advertisers on short and long-term KPIs to reach their marketing objectives
Digital ad sales : Ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads
