ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Client Manager to manage and grow strategic regional accounts across ASEAN.
Reporting to the Regional Client Director, ASEAN/APAC, this quota-carrying sales role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships across multiple ASEAN markets, and strengthening NTT's position as a trusted technology partner.
This is an individual contributor role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and execute regional account strategies for assigned ASEAN clients.
Drive ACV, revenue, GP, renewal and expansion targets.
Build executive relationships with regional and country stakeholders.
Identify and progress cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the NTT portfolio.
Coordinate country teams, solution specialists, architects and delivery stakeholders to support account growth.
Manage the full sales lifecycle including opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closure.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Support regional account governance, executive reviews and strategic planning sessions.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
8-12 years of enterprise sales, account management or strategic client management experience.
Proven success managing regional or multinational accounts across ASEAN.
Track record of achieving multi-million-dollar revenue and profitability targets.
Experience within IT services, systems integration, telecommunications, cloud, cybersecurity or managed services.
