業務内容
- サポートチケット対応、オンコール対応、コミュニティサポートなど、カスタマーサポート業務全般をご担当いただきます
- Go-To-Marketチームと連携し、POC(概念実証)を含むプリセールス・ポストセールスの技術支援を行います
- 東京のお客様先への訪問対応（不定期）
- 日本市場拡大に向けたドキュメント・トレーニング資料・ナレッジベースの整備
- 日本における新しい市場でのサポート体制構築に携わっていただきます（立ち上げメンバーとしての役割です)
求めるスキル・経験
- テクニカルサポート、TAM（テクニカルアカウントマネージャー）、またはソリューションエンジニアとしての実務経験
- OLAP/SQLデータベース、クラウド/SaaSプラットフォーム、Linux、Kubernetesに関する実務経験
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルで堪能な方（読み書き・会話ともに）
- 曖昧な状況でも主体的に動ける方 — 日本におけるサポート組織の初期メンバーの一人となります
あれば歓迎するスキル
- ClickHouse、Druid、Trino/Presto等のOLAPシステムに関する実務経験
- グローバルSaaS/データ企業の日本法人での勤務経験
Compensation
For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed.
