As a CDTR-ETS- SAP GTS-Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver solutions within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk network, focusing on SAP Compliance and Security. You will be instrumental in transforming controls and integrating security within SAP systems, providing valuable insights and solutions to enhance client operations. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complexity and ambiguity to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex SAP GTS compliance and security requirements to support client engagements
- Developing and implementing compliance programs and governance frameworks within SAP environments
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify and address potential risks
- Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to enhance compliance oversight and management
- Collaborating with clients to develop policies and guidelines that align with regulatory standards
- Leading the design and implementation of remediation strategies for compliance issues
- Providing guidance on compliance technology and tools to optimize operational performance
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on regulatory guidelines and compliance standards
- Supporting internal audit development and documentation to maintain compliance records
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate compliance needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting
- Implementing compliance program development and governance frameworks
- Managing operational risk and performance management initiatives
- Excelling in compliance advisement and regulatory compliance standards
- Developing policies and guidelines for corporate governance
