This role is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.
Your Responsibilities as a CAD Technician:
- Collaborate with our engineers to design, draft, review, and evaluate engineering plan sets
- Create Civil Engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and MicroStation
- Prepare report figures for projects
- Write related technical documents such as material list and cost estimates
- Ensure all drawings are accurate and meet industry standard
- Maintain a library of standard drawing templates
What we're looking for:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline
- Professional certification such as ADDA and CADD
- 1+ years of related design and drafting experience
- Experience in using AutoCAD (Preferable Civil 3D), Revit, and MicroStation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of 3D and 2D modeling tools preferred
- Knowledge of Engineering practices and industry standards
