What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

• Resolving Tech Direct tickets raised by Cash Applications, Collections, and Credit teams.
• Supporting the Reconciliation team in resolving missing invoice issues by working closely with Order Management, IT, GCG, and Controllership teams.
• Coordinating with the eMDM team to resolve Business Partner ID linkage issues.
• Working with Treasury and HPE Global Bank teams to resolve bank statement-related issues.
• Partnering with the IC team to correct and resolve incorrectly loaded invoices in Accounts Receivable.
• Performing IDOC clearings.
• Support credit role and involve in the system projects related to C&C

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
• Typically 0-2 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of credit and collection processes, financial concepts, and risk mitigation tools.
• Attention to details.
• Basic understanding of HPE´s business units and the different products/services provided.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Basic knowledge of economic and political environment.
• Basic understanding of HPE’s order management process.
• Fluent in English, other common languages as needed based on portfolio.

• Good written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
