Job Overview
Under guidance or supervision, develops the skills necessary to complete the evaluation and validation of data, calculate rebates and quantify findings.

Essential Functions
• Trains to be able to document the receipt of data/bill, and load the data in to the system.
• Performs quality assurance checks on data for self, Associates, and Assistants as directed.
• Evaluates the data by looking for trends and understanding the financial terms of the contracts.
• Performs reconciliation on data as needed.
• Conducts research on the internet on various companies and/or topics as needed.
• Presents a written analysis to the client.
• Develops the interpersonal skills necessary to build effective business relationships with defined clients.
• Provides support to team members and performance review input as requested by management.
• Handles account management and training responsibilities as assigned.
• Assists with client implementation and training projects.
• Working independently the analyst will be responsible for multiple accounts and processes and be responsible for the quality and efficiency of complex tasks.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• one to 3 years related experience Req
• Fluent with computer capabilities including word processing, spreadsheet and database entry.
• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
