Working closely with our country organizations and central corporate functions, you will lead strategic transformation and integration initiatives, making a significant contribution to Neuroth’s continued development and long-term success.
Our team is looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial professional to join us as Business Development Sales (f/m/d) in Graz, Vienna, or Zurich, helping to identify and realize growth opportunities across our international organization.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within our international retail network and translate them into concrete growth initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitive developments, and customer needs to develop effective sales and market expansion strategies.
Initiate, manage, and support strategic business initiatives that drive the further development of our international organization.
Collaborate closely with management teams across our country organizations and relevant corporate functions.
Support country organizations in addressing complex challenges, change processes, post-merger integrations, and transformation projects.
Facilitate the exchange of best practices across markets and support the sustainable implementation and scaling of successful business models.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
A degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a comparable field.
Several years of professional experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, Consulting, or Retail Management.
Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives in an international environment.
Strong executer with can-do mentality and a proactive mindset, strong execution skills and enthusiasm for driving change.
Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels.
An entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution capabilities, and a passion for driving change.
Excellent German and good English language skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.

For this position, the annual gross salary starts at EUR 4.600. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are prepared to offer a higher salary.
