About the role
Join us as a Business Design & AI Transformation Consultant to help our clients rethink and evolve their business models through the combination of strategy, design, data, and emerging technologies.
You will play a key role connecting business ambition with execution, shaping innovative solutions that transform how organizations operate, make decisions, and create value, particularly in Retail & Consumer Goods. This role combines strategic thinking, business design, and AI-driven transformation to drive meaningful and sustainable impact.
Your role
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives, combining business insight, strategic design, data, technology and AI.
You will contribute across the full lifecycle: from understanding business challenges and defining value opportunities to co-designing solutions and supporting their implementation, helping clients of Consumer Goods and Retail industries move from ideas to tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or contribute to strategic transformation initiatives focused on growth, efficiency and customer experience, particularly in Retail & Consumer Goods.
Participate in end-to-end digital transformation programs, including AI and agent-based solutions
Apply strategic design and business design approaches to define innovative solutions aligned with business goals
Conduct business value assessments to identify impact opportunities and prioritize initiatives
Develop business cases, roadmaps and transformation plans to support decision-making and execution
Facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders to align vision, needs and solutions
Translate business challenges into actionable use cases, functional requirements and solution definitions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business, data, technology and design
Support organizational change and adoption initiatives to ensure successful implementation
Leverage generative AI and copilots to explore new scenarios, enhance decision-making and unlock innovation opportunities

Background in consulting, business transformation or digital transformation in Retail & Consumer Goods industries
Proven experience working in client-facing environments with diverse stakeholders
Foundations in Strategic Design, Business Design or Service Design approaches
Proven ability to perform business value assessments and build robust business cases
Experience delivering projects in
Solid understanding of business processes and operating models
Experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or copilots applied to business processes
Ability to connect business, design and technology perspectives
Fluent in English and Spanish
Nice to have
Experience in co-design methodologies and stakeholder facilitation
Exposure to AI, data, customer experience or digital marketing
Knowledge of change enablement or change management practices
Relevant certifications in Design Thinking, Service Design or Change Management
