As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The role demands a thoughtful approach to synthesizing data and insights to support effective decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to business processes.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively gather and document requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.
- Experience in process modeling and workflow design to support business transformation efforts.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating collaborative discussions to reach consensus.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
