YOUR NEW ROLE

• The Release Train Engineer is accountable for delivery predictability, release governance, platform reliability, and operational excellence across the portfolio
• Lead PI Planning, forecasting, capacity planning, dependency management, and release governance.
• Drive Epic, Feature, Story, and Rally/Jira governance, backlog health, flow metrics, and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Business teams.
• Manage program risks, impediments, production readiness, and release execution.
• Drive SRE practices including Incident, Problem, Change, Vulnerability, Capacity, and DR management.
• Establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, Error Budgets, and service health metrics.
• Lead operational reviews, major incident management, RCA tracking, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Promote DevOps, observability, automation, CI/CD, and engineering excellence practices.
• Provide executive reporting, governance insights, and stakeholder communication.
• Coach teams on Agile, Lean, Flow, Reliability Engineering, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• 11 plus experience in experience in Agile Program Delivery, Release Train management, or Delivery roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Deep understanding of SRE principles, production support models, and service management practices.
• Experience on cloud-based platforms across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, leading cross-functional teams, and driving large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coaching capabilities.
