The Role:

Join the London-based Consumer Products & Experiences International (CP&E Int’l) team, to be part of the Consumer products Retail Marketing team and reporting to the Retail Marketing Director. You’ll work closely with the Commercial and Franchise teams. 

We are looking for a Consumer Products Retail Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and sales across key retailers and markets such as EMEA and APAC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail, consumer products, licensing or entertainment marketing, with strong knowledge of omnichannel, building strong relationships with partners and delivering products sell-through results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage consumer product retail marketing campaigns and product launches across key markets and sales channels.
• Support development of retail marketing strategies for key markets.
• Manage budgets, track results and improve performance.
• Manage retail, Amazon, social media, influencer and newsletter marketing activities.
• Work with creative teams to develop marketing materials and ensure they follow brand guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with key retailers, licensees, agencies and internal teams.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to increase product awareness and sales.
• Create marketing presentations and support joint plans with retailers and licensees.
• Use market, consumer and competitor insights to support marketing strategies.
• Manage franchise calendars across key markets, including content, gaming, experiences, events and product launches.
• Work with cross-functional teams across Moonbug to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Stay up to date with retail, media and marketing trends through industry events and training.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in licensing, product marketing or retail marketing.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of paid and organic social media.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with international teams and time zones.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Desirable

• Experience working across international markets, particularly EMEA and APAC.
• Experience working across multicultural teams.
• Additional language skills.
• Amazon AMS experience.
