Help prep materials and briefing documents ahead of meetings and events.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Assist with vendor and venue research and outreach to support broader team projects.
Help track industry trends and competitor activity to inform team brainstorms.
Support post-event recap documentation and basic performance tracking.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Strong written communication and an eye for visual storytelling.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint, and MS Office; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) a plus.
Willingness to travel and work occasional nights/weekends for event execution.
A proactive, positive, and coachable attitude — eager to roll up their sleeves and grow with the team.
