Labcorp is seeking an Associate for External Applications to join our team in Bangalore, Yashwantpur office.

Work Schedule

• Office based

• Rotational shifts (9 AM - 6 PM/ 2 PM - 11PM/ 9PM - 6 AM) IST

Job Responsibilities

• Review User Access Request Forms received from clients and internal teams for accuracy

• Submit User Access Requests in IT Central

• Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions

• Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity

• Complete required trainings within required timelines

• Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution

• Act as first point of contact for internal and external clients

• Perform troubleshooting to resolve issues in a timely manner

• Gather, investigate, and research background materials to understand subject matters and systems

• Ensure regulatory requirements and corporate policies are adhered to

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external user community

• Liaise with internal collaborators for routing/escalation as needed

• Communicate via email, phone, or virtual meetings to answer queries, provide support, and escalate as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters degree in life sciences

Preferred Qualification

• Applications Support knowledge

• Project Management knowledge

• Customer Service experience

• Local language(s) in addition to English

Additional Job Standards

• Experience and expertise in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Edge, and OneNote

• Problem Solving: Uses available knowledge base and understanding of applications, user access management, and internal processes to complete tasks without supervision

• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively

• Demonstrated attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with others

• Ability to deliver consistent high-quality work

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely, professional manner under demanding conditions
