We’re looking for an organized, client-focused Associate Client Executive (ACE) to join our Espoo team and support brokers, clients and internal partners across the client lifecycle.

In the role as an Associate Client Executive, you’ll work closely with the Client Executive (CE) and Placement/Specialists brokers to deliver excellent client service, manage renewals and documentation, co-ordinate network services and drive smooth execution. This is a hands-on role with wide exposure to broking, placement, client engagement and internal teams.  

Key responsibilities

• Support the Client Executives  and brokers in day-to-day client management: attend and prepare for client meetings, follow up on actions, and help deliver presentations and reports.
• Coordinate renewals and insurance placement processes for clients within the Risk Management segment, working with Placement Brokers and market contacts.
• Maintain and update client records and policy documentation in the client portal and internal systems and tools; ensure all insurance documentation is controlled and delivered to clients.
• Monitor and update risk information, coverage summaries and claims/incident logs, support risk information updates and client communications.
• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Marsh's global client servicing network - managing communications and collaboration content, and tracking actions to support consistent delivery for multinational clients.
• Work closely with our local colleagues in internal operations and our hubs in Europe and India to ensure operational excellence, as well as internal platforms (policy tracking, renewal trackers, customer portals) and follow standardized operating processes.
• Support with invoicing, ensuring premium confirmations and invoices are received, issued and processed in line with procedures.
• Help identify client needs and cross-sell opportunities; support sales activities such as onboarding and preparing contract drafts and proposals.
• Assist with client-facing communications and internal coordination with local and global colleagues
• Maintain high quality control of data and documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Who you are

• 2+ years’ experience in insurance broking, client service, account management, or related roles (P&C experience is an advantage).
• Structured, proactive and service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients, brokers and internal teams.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Good analytical skills and ability to prepare clear client reports and presentations.
• Strong IT skills — confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn internal platforms
• Fluent in English and Finnish , both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
