Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Transaction Management
Identify and pursue industrial land acquisition, warehousing, and leasing opportunities across Eastern India.
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the 3PL, manufacturing, and industrial occupier client base.
Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, networking, and industry engagement.
Lead end-to-end transaction management, including site identification, negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closure.
Maintain a robust pipeline of leasing and land acquisition opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Monitor industrial, logistics, and warehousing market developments and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL operators, industrial occupiers, landowners, developers, and HNI investors.
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' operational, expansion, and investment objectives.
Manage key client engagements and ensure a high level of service delivery throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Qualification & Communication
Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. 7 years related real estate experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
