POSTION SUMMARY:

This role will support finance transformation by using advanced Microsoft Excel formulas, VBA macros, UiPath automation, and AI Copilot solutions to improve daily finance operations, reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and system integration across finance modules.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Finance users to understand process pain points and translate business requirements into practical automation solutions.

• Identify repetitive daily, weekly, and monthly finance processes that can be improved through automation.

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Excel templates, financial schedules, reconciliations, reports, and working files using complex formulas, Power Query, PivotTables, and VBA macros.

• Develop, test, and support UiPath automation workflows for finance operations, including data extraction, report generation, reconciliations, file processing, and system updates.

• Support the development and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to assist Finance users in report preparation, variance analysis, data checking, documentation, and process guidance.

• Develop AI-assisted finance tools, prompts, templates, and knowledge content to support daily Finance processes and finance module usage.

• Collaborate with IT, Finance Systems, and business stakeholders to ensure automation solutions are secure, accurate, scalable, and compliant with company policies.

• Perform testing, user acceptance support, troubleshooting, and documentation for Excel tools, macros, UiPath robots, and AI Copilot use cases.

• Prepare user guides, process documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for Finance team members.

• Monitor automated processes, resolve exceptions, and continuously improve automation performance and reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• Finance or 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in sizable companies

Education

• University degree in Accounting / Finance

• Knowledge of ERP application and strong Excel skills

Skills / Competencies

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, lookup functions, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, Power Query, and data validation.
• Hands-on experience in VBA macros or Excel automation is preferred.
• Interest in AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, prompt development, and practical AI application in Finance operations.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with Finance users and coordinate with IT or system teams.
