Ready to lead from behind the scenes? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, Assistant Operations Manager to help coordinate rides, manage schedules, and keep our team and passengers moving smoothly.

This role plays a key part in:

• Coordinate and manage consumer transportation scheduling

• Handle and maintain accurate trip information

• Monitor and track transportation activities throughout the day

• Communicate with customers regarding transportation services and scheduling

• Supervise and support drivers to ensure efficient operations

• Participate in a rotating after-hours remote on-call support schedule

• Work collaboratively as part of the operations team

• Maintain organized records and documentation

• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and team members

What we’re looking for:

• One (1) year of relevant experience in dispatching and scheduling

• High School Diploma or GED

• Associates Degree is preferred.

• One (1) year of supervisory experience is preferred.

Starting annual salary $40,000-$45,000 commensurate with experience.
